We seem to be the only BSP match with no commentary tonight - two games have a choice of commentators and there are even BSN and BSS games with live commentary. Fortunately JL's updates are up and running.

I think a tuesday night, lots of people on holiday, histon arent a big name draw. I'd like to think that things will pick up soon if this run continues

To be honest, 2 more and a crowd of 700 doesn't look half as bad. 680 home fans against a side who bring 150 would have given us a respectable midweek attendance tonight.
Also, lots of people are still on their hols so there is much more to come. Not many teams will bring as few as Histon.

Our home attendances on Tuesday nights against unattractive opposition were quite poor last season too:

Barrow, York and Mansfield will all have brought decent numbers. As soon as there is a small away following the attendance drops substantially.
Obviously the attendance isn't great, but it's about par for the course really.

The Histon assit manager and the physio was quite funny when they were arguing with each other over how to stop the blood on the player the second time he was sent of for treatment. He had recieved two stiches the first time.

Great effort! Thought it was going to be a draw the way we played in the last 20 or so! Lets hope this run continues with a draw on saturday, AFC had a good win tonight its going to be a tricky one!

The key to saturday is rest and clearing up as many injuries as possible, I have never seen us create as many chances in the first few games. We have composure in the midfield to pass the ball out.
Thought Williams did well tonight.
