Nothing technically happens as S.Vaughan is not a director of Chester City, he relinquished all involvement in the summer when he transferred all his shares to, er... the Vaughan family.  ::)

How the conference must rue their folly at backing down with Chester.

And it's not as if we're talking small amounts of money ! I don't know about disqualification - he should be put away for a couple of years !
