The ground regs have certainly been eased up then in the last few years then. The phrase culture shock springs to mind for some of the bigger sides.

Farsleylooks like tamworths ground but without the hill. Let's wait and see how many of aspinalls shots/passes/freekicks go over the barriers behind the goals.

I played a game at Farsley about 5 years ago.It is a very basic stadium,if relatively neat.I would guess that they would need to make some dramatic improvements next season if they are gong to be allowed a second term. They may well do what Stafford did & put up a couple of temporary stands in double quick time.

Regards
Brian

Morning Flynny  ;D

Funny that, I was just mentioning the other day I played there for Trafford in 2000 and you should have seen the state of the ground then, no way would I ever have imagined it would be a conference ground, last time I was there about 3 years ago there was a world of difference. They really did some work on it, just that it has been in a 'dad has put a new fence up at the bottom of the garden type way!'  :D

If the Football league had conference rules we'd probably see it in the conference!.

Actually, a greater possibility (apart from the fact that they've finally cleared their debts and will piss league 2) is Bradford v farsley next season>  :o

On a seperate note, I love Histons ground. I gotta make it to that one. In fact, I'm gonna go to Histon v Oxford, I want to see their reaction when they get there.

It looks like that bowling/croquet club up in Bowdon near Jimmy Hills house.  :D
