Toilet rolls......

Seconded!!!   ;D

Who was it that brought a load of toilet rolls to our place and threw them onto the pitch? Remember Stuart running round kicking them off. That would be a laugh...

We went a bit ott with the ticker tape that day to be honest about it!   :-X

Edit : Ticker tape as in ripped up pieces of newspaper.

I remember throwing bag fulls of ripped up paper through the coach sun roof on the way back from Ashington (going through Newcastle I think) to celebrate our fabulous victory there on our only ever appearance at the Home of the Charlton brothers (1969?) first year of the NPL. That was the nearest I ever got to 'ticker tape'  :D

Rosey cheeked optimisitc fans carrying placards boldly stating "Robins for the cup"...mmmmm isn't it? wasn't it? mmmmarvellous.

Frank Sidebottom being escorted forcibly off the pitch always gives it that authentic FA Cup tie atmosphere...perhaps statto being interviewed as alty's biggst fan?

Dont forget to watch the MOTD preview of Luton Town Vs Altrincham Town to get you in the mood.

you can't go wrong with ticker tape, ballons and bog rolls...and of course everyone wear the famous red and white stripes.
