It "sounded" serious on RR as the crowd went silent (followed by wonderful applause from both sets of fans).

I hope it is not as bad as it seems and Mash makes a quick and full recovery.

Really feel for the lad who has been brilliant for us. He has a dislocated ankle which may also be fractured and needs an immediate operation at Wythenshawe.

It would be most unlikely that we see him in an Alty shirt again for many, many months.

Sorry for Masha, he was superb yesterday before his injury.

Can we dedicate the next home bucket collection for him? Especially as it is a well supported home game V Tranmere.

I am away on holiday in Turkey but will gladly contribute a donation to the club.

Fully agree Steve, the lads got hurt in the line of duty, a well publicised bucket collection against Grimsby is the way to go
