It really is a massive game, but we put the 'biggest game of the season' title on the home game against Histon and that didn't really help things IMO. Unnecessary pressure on the lads. Agree about the support, really really wish I was going.

It wasn't my intention to put pressure on anyone. Anyway, surely they're all aware anyway.

One day I'll post something without getting shot down in flames by fellow supporters.

Yes this is the biggest game of our season - feel a win set us up to conclude the great escape - a loss makes it 100x harder but still doable

With al due respect  I think the players know how much this is crunch time - or should do- don't think it adds much us simply stating it on a forum - but I agree histon was massive - but this now is bigger imo

I feel (if it goes that far) Eastbourne will obviously be the biggest

Win this one, and we could gain the confidence to be safe by the time we play Eastbourne. Conversely, lose it and heads could drop big style.

So yes, probably a key match in our season so far.

Oh, and Stan - the time to worry is when everyone agrees with you. Keep the faith !

Never worry (unless it a personal attack) what people think of your opinions on here..disagreeing is whats its all about.

I'm one of clueless people who doesn't think Mark Beesley is Bryan Robson...its took me days to get over that one.

Stan I agree with all three points you make, especially the last two (get there in numbers behind the lads and come on you robins!).

Saying that I do have a hobby horse of us building games up and creating pressure and tension....Histon was discribed as a must win game, we got hammered 3-0...but we are still fighting.

Somehow the players have to maintain belief that if they continue to fight and play as well as they have done overall and maintain the points average we've achieved since ken took over we've got a great chance of staying up.

Every game is big now, we'll lose some we thought we'd win and we'll get the odd surprise win to compensate.

But we will do it and the players can make things a bit easier for themselves by beating  Barrow and things will look a lot rosier...so they can take the pressure off themselves in a way so in this way the game is important but once it's over we'll say exactly the same about the next game!!!

It's a forum so don't take anything personally.....for everyone who agrees with a salient point there'll be half a dozen who have an alternative view!

As someone else said ,every game is a big game now , lets hope we can take the points at Barrow ., but my biggest fear is when we play F.G.R . they seen to be our nemesis team
