Thank you.   Still not sure but we shall see.

If I am there I will be the 'improved Gary' that WILL think of others around me (I'm sure my mates will give me an evil eye if I get too emotional).

All I ask is that no one doubts that I love this football club to bits if I'm not.

Hope GW keeps coming..he's part of the fixures and fittings.

It's all a misunderstanding Gary..like that time you went to tell that liner who had sent off Colin Little that his shoe lace was undone and he panicked and flagged like a wuss thinking you were going to garrott him with cheesewire or something.

So you didn't go to the game then?  Our reserves played your reserves off the pitch in the first half!  In terms of starting a fight - it was one bloke and we banned him.  He tried to argue he was showing passion also.

We banned him - unfortunately the death penalty was officially banned on 7th January 1999 so we couldn't take further action.  In fairness, people like Ricky Skelton shouldn't be at football in the first place and although GW can be a vicious bugger (having played footy against him) I've also been lurking around these forums long enough to know that he isn't someone who actively goes looking for trouble a la Ricky Skelton.

Of course, I could read the Alty FC fans handbook, Chapter 3, Verse 1 that states, "If a supporter of an opposing team behaves in an unacceptable manner, you must tar all other supporters of the same club with the same brush.  You must then attempt to whip up some mass hysteria based on hearsay and half-truths on all non-league forums you visit (i.e Unemployed Coalminer)".

Nah, let's just get on with the football.... carry on.

Er, in you suggesting that Alty fans tar all other supporters of another club with the same brush, I think you will find you have committed the same 'crime' as those you are arguing against.

To suggest all Alty fans tar supporters of certain other teams with the same brush, is, in fact, tarring all Alty supporters with the same brush.

Whoops!
